FUENTENEBRO: Abundant red clay soils with the presence of decomposed granite. Located at elevations between 900 and 1,000 metres above sea level, with vines ranging from 80 to 100 years old. The grapes display remarkable balance, excellent natural acidity and extraordinary elegance.
LA AGUILERA: Sandy and calcareous-clay soils surrounded by pine forests and native undergrowth. Located at elevations between 850 and 900 metres above sea level, with vines ranging from 70 to 90 years old. The grapes bring elegance, freshness and remarkable fruit expression.

Each vineyard plot is vinified separately, using gravity throughout the entire process. Grapes are hand-selected in the vineyard and undergo optical sorting at the winery. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention..
Aged for 9 months in extra-fine-grained French oak barrels, 20% of which are new. A further 10% of the wine is aged in ovoid vessels.
Crafted by our winemaker Montxo Martínez , under the guidance of renowned French winemaker Jean-Claude Berrouet. The wine is shaped around around freshness, finesse and elegance; rather than overripe fruit, excessive extraction or concentration. Rich in nuance, it evokes the vineyards from which it originates.
VivaltuS is a new interpretation of Ribera del Duero, where elegance, freshness, vibrancy, expressive fruit and remarkable finesse come together. La Fleur Vivaltus is a fresh, elegant wine with remarkable tension. Ten percent of the wine is aged in ovoid polymer vessels, contributing perfumed and elegant red-fruit and floral aromas to the final blend. On the palate, it is vibrant and concentrated, with fresh nuances and pure, precise flavours. A modern wine from high-altitude vineyards shaped by a continental climate, with an astonishing sense of balance.
